Do you do the work yourselves or subcontract it?

Our own crews handle the core work: framing, drywall, tile, and finish carpentry. For specialty trades we use people we have worked with for years, and Raymond stays on the job site as your single point of contact.

How clean is the job site?

We protect your home and clean up every single day. Respecting your space is part of the job, not an afterthought.

How long does a remodel take?

It depends on scope. A bathroom can take a couple of weeks, while a kitchen or an addition takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted.

How do payments work?

We use a clear, milestone-based schedule, so you always know exactly what you are paying for. No surprises.
